Rush service
Skip trace or locate services
Multiple attempts beyond standard attempts
Mileage outside standard service areas (if applicable)
Payment terms will be outlined on the invoice. Failure to remit payment may result in collection action.
6. Service Attempts and Limitations
Apolaki Legal will make reasonable attempts to serve documents. However:
Successful service cannot be guaranteed.
Service may be affected by incorrect information, avoidance by the subject, safety concerns, or legal restrictions.
We reserve the right to decline service requests that pose safety risks or violate the law.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
If a service request is canceled before attempts are made, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
If service attempts have already begun, fees may be non-refundable.
